Saving your work
Simple saving
Click 
Save or press CTRL+S to save current board. If board was new, you are prompted to select a filename where to save it.
Advanced saving/saving to new file
Click 
Save as... or press CTRL+SHIFT+S to save current board to a new file. You are prompted to enter a new filename.
